Everything You Need to Know About BT999

We put together this FAQ page because we know players have real questions — about how to get started, how to move money safely in PKR, what the bonus wagering rules actually mean, and how cricket betting works on BT999. Instead of guessing or waiting in a chat queue, you can find straightforward answers right here. Browse by category using the tabs above, or scroll through at your own pace. If you still cannot find what you are looking for, our 24/7 live chat team is always on hand.

Account

Creating an account on BT999 takes under three minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your mobile number or email address, choose a strong password, and fill in the basic details. Once you confirm your registration, your account is active and ready to use. You can start with a deposit straight away via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast.

Visit the Login page and click the "Forgot password?" link below the login fields. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and follow the steps sent to you. The reset process typically takes less than two minutes. If you do not receive the reset message within a few minutes, check your spam folder or reach out to our support team via live chat.

No. Each player is allowed only one BT999 account. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately so they can merge or remove the extra account without affecting your balance or bet history.

Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings section from your dashboard. From there you can update your email address, contact number, and other profile details. Some changes may require identity verification for security purposes. If you are unable to update a particular field yourself, contact live chat support and they will assist you directly.

Deposits

BT999 supports all major Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR so there are no conversion fees or confusing exchange rates. The method you choose will determine how quickly funds appear in your account — most options are near-instant.

The minimum deposit amount varies slightly depending on the payment method you choose. For JazzCash and Easypaisa the minimum is generally low enough to suit most budgets. Log in to your account and visit the Deposit section to see the current minimums for each payment channel. We recommend starting with an amount you are comfortable with before exploring higher deposit tiers for bonus eligibility.

Most deposits on BT999 are credited within a few minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, first check the transaction status in your payment app — JazzCash or Easypaisa will show whether the payment went through on their end. If the payment was successful on their side but your BT999 balance has not updated, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation and send it to our live chat support team. They will investigate and credit your account manually if required.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and navigate to the Withdrawal section of your dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm the request. Standard withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. VIP members enjoy priority processing which is often significantly faster.

Withdrawal delays can happen for a few reasons — an incomplete identity verification on your account, an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, or a high-volume processing period. Check your account status first. If your account is fully verified and you have no active wagering conditions, contact our 24/7 live chat support with your withdrawal reference number and they will provide an update promptly.

BT999 applies standard daily and weekly withdrawal limits that vary by account level and payment method. Regular players have a set daily limit in PKR, while VIP members benefit from substantially higher limits. Visit the VIP page to learn how upgrading your tier affects your withdrawal capacity and processing times.

Sports Betting

Yes, PSL is one of the most popular betting markets on BT999. We cover every fixture during the PSL season with pre-match and live in-play odds. You can bet on match winners, top run scorers, total sixes, wicket takers, and much more. Head to the Bet section during the season and look for the PSL category under Cricket to see all available markets.

Absolutely. BT999 offers live in-play betting on T20 internationals, PSL matches, and bilateral series. Odds update ball by ball so you can react to how the match is developing in real time. The in-play section is accessible from the Bet page and works smoothly on both desktop and the BT999 mobile app. You can also cash out your bet early if the timing looks right.

BT999 covers a wide range of sports beyond cricket. You can bet on football leagues including the English Premier League, La Liga, and Champions League. Tennis, basketball, volleyball, and table tennis are also available. The esports section covers CS2, Dota 2, and VALORANT for those who prefer competitive gaming markets. All betting is done in PKR with no currency conversion required.

Casino

BT999 has a large casino library including hundreds of slot titles, classic table games like blackjack and baccarat, video poker, and specialty games. The Live Casino section adds real-dealer tables including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, roulette, and speed baccarat — all streamed in HD with professional dealers. New games are added regularly so there is always something fresh to explore.

Yes. All slot and table game outcomes on BT999 are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The game providers we work with are established names in the industry and their RNG systems are independently tested to ensure fair outcomes. Live casino games are dealt in real time by trained dealers, adding an extra layer of transparency to every hand or spin.

Yes, the entire BT999 casino is fully optimised for mobile play. You can access all slots, table games, and live dealer games directly from your mobile browser or through the BT999 app. The app is available for both Android and iOS — visit the Download page to get the latest version. The mobile experience is smooth even on mid-range Android devices commonly used across Pakistan.

Bonuses & Promotions

BT999 offers new players a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The exact bonus percentage and maximum amount in PKR are shown on the Promotions page, as offers are updated regularly. To claim it, simply register, make your first qualifying deposit, and the bonus will be credited to your account automatically. Always check the current terms on the Promotions page before depositing.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet your bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw the bonus funds as real cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place PKR 10,000 worth of bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering requirements for each promotion are listed clearly in the Terms section of each offer on the Promotions page.

Yes, BT999 regularly runs promotions for existing players — reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet campaigns during major cricket events like PSL and T20 World Cup, and seasonal tournaments with prize pools in PKR. VIP members get access to exclusive deals not available to the general player base. Check the Promotions page frequently and make sure you have opted in to notifications so you never miss an offer.
